I founded Bloom Benefits in 2017 as the culmination of my HR and benefits career as a HR Director, Benefits Broker and Consultant. I have over 17 years of corporate HR experience and in that capacity have managed all aspects of benefit renewals and negotiations. Prior to forming Bloom Benefits I also worked as a Benefits Broker and HR Consultant. My well-rounded knowledge enables me to act as a trusted adviser as I guide clients through benefit strategy, wellness and consumerism, helping obtain the best rates and renewals. I am passionate about providing outstanding customer service to all my clients and helping manage all aspects of client renewals while assisting with compliance issues, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement.

In my free time I enjoy spending time in the beautiful foothills of Colorado with my family and two dogs. We love to ski, hike and enjoy all the things that Colorado has to offer.
